Where is Kangaroo Health Located, do you have a retail store?

Kangaroo Health is operated from our office based in Perth, Western Australia. We are the proud owners of 2 health food stores in Perth and welcome you to come visit our stores.

What if a product I would like to purchase is not available on Kangaroo Health?

Kangaroo Health is a growing business and we would love the opportunity to provide the products that you need!  Please send the details of the products through to our Customer Service Team so we can try our best to find the product for you.

Can I cancel my order?

The best way to cancel your order is by contacting us via phone +61450587616 as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email us within normal business hours via Our Contact Page. Keep in mind that once orders have been dispatched they cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We work hard to pack and send all orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders with Australia Post within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order.

Keep an eye out for the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please allow the below normal postage time for delivery;

Within Australia
Allow 1-8 business days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Outside Australia
Kindly refer to Australia Post’s International Post Guide and select your country to view the estimated postage time.

What Happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Kangaroo Health uses registered mail through Australia Post eParcel to deliver orders. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, an Australia Post card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.

Can you ship Internationally?

Yes, we can provide International Shipping. Please contact us via Our Contact Page for all International Postage enquiries.

How much does International Postage Cost?

International Postage is provided via Australia Post Airmail Services and is calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to our Shipping Information Page for further details.

What happens if customs prevent my order from entering my country of stated delivery?

As each country in the world has their own customs requirements, it is crucial that if you are not certain whether a product can be delivered to your country of origin, you check before you place your order with Kangaroo Health. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further details.
